I always like to use a product for a few months before I give a review or recommend it. I didn't realize until the other day that I hadn't talked about my current favorite beauty product. Only after discussing concealers on a group text did I realize I hadn't posted about this concealer!
I've already sang the praises of this Bare Escentuals foundation and still use it everyday! More recently I have started using the bareSkin Complete Coverage Serum Concealer. I needed something to cover my dark circles and even out a few areas around my nose. I looked at a few different concealers but liked the reviews of this one. After a couple tries I was not disappointed! It is thick enough to cover my dark circles even when they are at their worst.
It has a staying power that not many other concealers do. Even after a long day, the concealer has stayed put and not wandered to other parts of my face. I have seen a difference in the texture of my skin too, and I think it is from the serum aspect of the concealer. The serum also makes the concealer super blendable. You can layer it for those areas that need a bit extra cover.

- Apply Bare Escentuals foundation all over my face (see here).
- Apply a liberal amount of concealer under each eye.
- Using this brush, I blend the concealer out in an upside down triangle shape below my eyelid. I concentrate more of the concealer on the inside part because that is where I have the most darkness.
- Dot a small amount on the red areas around my nose. I then use the same brush to blend the concealer.
- Brush translucent powder over my entire face to set the foundation and concealer.
- Finish with the rest of your makeup routine.
Sometimes I'll also apply a small amount around my lips, if I plan to wear a darker or bold lipstick color. The concealer will help prevent the color from bleeding.
Thank you for your tips and review. You have flawless skin! XO, Ellese
